Copenhagen 4/8 2018. 33 cl bottle from Meny, Vermlandsgade, Kbh S. Snake in attack mode with a Thunderstorm raging in the background. Seems to be a pretty unpleasant kiss that this beer offers.
Pours hazy, golden yellow with medium-sized white head. Stable. Settles as very thin layer of foam hugging the side of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense, fruity with a solid bitter twist. Exotic fruit, fresh sweat, intensely acerbic on the background of decaying fruit and fermentation.
Medium carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sour twist. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Certainly a bitter kiss.

Pours a semi clear light orange with fine, soft foam.
Smell is citrusy with hints of peaches and some melon.
Taste is citrusy, mainly grapefruit, with hints od cantaloupe. Soft, well balanced bitterness.
Mouthfeel is thin to mediunm, well carbonated.
Overall, a nice citrusy IPA, very sessionable considering the ABV.

From Boxbeers. In Teku glass. Playing Avadon 3. Freshly cistrusy and grassy, aromatic. Nothing mindblowing but a pleasant, repeatable, even sessionable, experience
