Copenhagen 2/3 2019. 33 cl bottle from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh Ø. Two Weird Twins sitting back to back on the label representing different viewpoint on beer making i suppose.
Pours jet black with small dark beige head. I seldom see beers this dark. Settles as very thin, almost transparent layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer.
Aroma is intense, sweet and with bitter touch. Sweet fruit - might be the Guava peeking in, dark bitter chocolate, some tart berry notes. Some vinous, alcoholic presence.
Light carbonation. Thick, oily, tough, sticky texture.
Flavor is rather sweet followed by and balanced by a fairly strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a light alcoholic burn. Lingering.
Nice well balanced ominous Imperial Stout. I wold say I like both Viewpoints but If I have to choose I would go with this version.

From a forgotten backlog, thanks to Holmen1. Sample from bottle. Black colour, tan head. The guava is hard to identify in aroma and flavour. Rich stout mouthfeel and flavour. Fruity notes that remind me of blueberries.

De Labirratorium. En copa Teku. Jugando a Avernum 6. Correcta, pero la goibada sigue dandole un toque raro algo acido, aunque menos que en version coco o es que estoy acostumbrando a ella

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
