Copenhagen 30/5 2019. 33 cl bottle from Meny, Østerfælled torv, Kh Ø. Drawing of an Aggressive Cobra Snake holding (!) a coffee cup with a Brazilian flag.
Pours clear, dark mahogany brown with big head. That is after a gushing all over my kitchen floor. Bubbly. Settles as ultra thin patch of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is sweet, vinous and a bit boozy. Caramel, sugar, dark severely fermented fruit, oak, booze, coffee. Quite nice and strong.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, sticky, soft texture.
Flavor is strongly sweet followed by a moderate coffee bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet and quite intense. Lingering. Light boozy burn.
Sweet and satisfying. But a shame that a third of the beer enden as a puddle on my kitchen floor.

Amager Bryghus 'Cobras Fumantes' @ 10.5% , served from a 330 ml bottle
A-pour is amber from the bottle to a dark amber in the glass with a small beige head , dissipating leaving a streaky lace along the tulip
S-Brazilian coffee dominates
T-BA Mezcal kick start's this barleywine , nice coffee swallow
MF-decent carbonation (for a retired beer) nice big full body
Ov-good beer , better barleywine , (glad I made the trip to Cook St)

De Birrak. En copa Teku. Jugando a God of War HD. Con pistachos de Codi. Intenso sabor a un riquísimo café, con un toque ahumado y ligeras notas alcohólicas a lo que supongo que será el mezcal. En cualquier caso no se nota el abv que lleva
