Pours milky, hazy golden yellow with medium-sized white head. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam exactly covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial Lacing.
Aroma is aggressively hoppy and sharp. Abundance of citrus fruit, tart sour berries, pine, light notes of fermented fruit.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, Soft yet lively texture.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by pronounced bitterness. Aftertaste is vitrifikation and bitter. Finish is dry.
Quite aggressive for a NEIPA but if you like your IPA bitter this might be for you.
