Pours unclear orange with a small white head. Bubbly. Disappears after a few seconds leaving only a brownish orange fluid behind. No lacing.

Aroma is medium intense, with a milky sweetness and a more tart fruitiness rummaging in the background. Lightly sweet strawberry mingling with a more tart variety. Sweet odor from the lactose.

Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, tingling texture. A little sticky.

Flavor is lightly sweet followed by a strong, tart sourness. Aftertaste is tart and sour - almost citric. Lingers for a bit. Semi-dry finish.

Quite decent sour Berliner Weisse which manages to wrench some flavor out of watery strawberries.

De Birrak. En copa Teku. En almuerzo, con sopa de fideos gordos + filetes de pollo empanado. Pasada de fecha 1 mes y 5 días. La fresa está muy poco presente y poco natural, y solo hay un fondo ácido algo rancio que hace que resulte difícil de bebersela

Very well made beer, but I’m not a fan of strawberries...
