Copenhagen 7/9 2019. 33 cl bottle from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. The same Drawing used on other Talents & Legends beers with subtle variation of the colors turning a Legend into a Talent.
Pours opaque, milky, yellow with a medium-sized white, bubbly head. Settles as thin, flimsy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense, fruity sweet with a hint of fermentation and medium strong citric notes. Mango, Papaya. Lightly decayed. Grape fruit and Citrus. Light touch of alcohol.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, soft texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a notable sweet undercurrent. Lingers shortly.
Well balanced and controlled NEIPA with fantastic aroma but a little bit thin.

De Birrak. En copa Teku. En almuerzo, con pasta rana de jamón York y queso a la bechamel. Neipa de libro. Sedosa, a rebosar de fruta fresca y poco amargor.

Pours a hazy, orange juicy yellow with fine, soapy head.
Smell is juicy and tropical with notes of mango, pineapple, grass and a hint of red berries.
Taste is hoppy and juicy with substantial hop burn and bite. Notes of mango and apricots and a moderate bitterness. A little bit astringent from the hop burn.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a good IPA that needs to mellow a little bit.
