Copenhagen 16/7 2019. 33 cl bottle from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Drawing of Jolly Pirata keeping look out with all usual Pirate Paraphernalia like a Parrot, antique Gun and an Eye Patch on the label.
Pours unclear, golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam just managing to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense, very fruity and citric. Sweet Oranges, Peach and Apricot. Light touch of fermentation. Prominent notes of Citrus fruit like Grape fruit and Citrus.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor has a strong, fruity sweetness followed by and balanced by a strong citric bitterness. Lingers for a while. Semi-dry finish.
Nice fruity summer beer. Well balanced and easy to drink. And I hardly noticed the ABV.

Pours a fairly clear pale yellow with fine, soft head.
Smell is crisp and citrusy with notes of pineapple, passionfruit and a hint of fruity tartness.
Taste is crisp and fruity with hints of both sweetness and tartness. Moderate bitterness and huge, juicy notes of mango, passionfruit and pineapple.
Moutheel is medium, soft and well carbonated.
Overall, a really nice fruit IPA, that drinks much lighter than it's ABV.
