Copenhagen 6/11 2015. 50 cl bottle from Føtex. Fresh cornfield and a blue sky on the label to communicate that this indeed is a summer beer.
Pours hazy amber with a white head. Stable. Settles as a thin layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Fresh if not particularly strong aroma with a little fruitiness, grass and melon. A little bit tart.
Medium strong carbonation and watery palate. Lively texture.
Flavor is a bit watery. Fresh and fruity with some peachy sweetness balanced by some citrus fruit. Aftertaste is pleasantly bitter.
Too watery to make a lasting impression but fine as a casual summer fling.

On tap at Birch & Barley.
Mostly clear golden color with a small white head on top.
The aroma is nice, herbal with pale malt, spice, and hay.
The flavor is subtle but good. Pale grainy malt and earth, mild hop bitterness and slight sweetness.
Fairly light and crisp on the palate with average-plus carbonation.
A nice true session beer if not too exciting.

Notes 7/10/11. Well, it’s not terribly high praise, but this is the best Steam Beer that I’ve ever tried. That’s not to say that it isn’t good stuff because it is. Quite good, really. Spicy, grassy and mildly citric hops combine with rich malt and marvelously dry yeastiness to provide a very drinkable pint. The aroma is a tad musty and muted, but the hops, light malt sweetness and a big earthy/yeasty note are quite nice. On the tongue, there’s more earth/yeast flavor and a very refreshing level of bitterness. The malt doesn’t get in the way, mostly backing things up with fresh, bready grain presence. Mouthfeel is creamy and full for the abv. It’s still quite light, but there’s no wateriness to the beer. It’s just sudsy session goodness, through and through. This might be the best <4% abv that I’ve tried to date (sadly, I haven’t made it to England’s pubs, so that doesn’t mean a ton). Appearance-wise, it’s quite nice - lasting white head, hazy light orange body.

This brew pours a cloudy very light honey hue with decent carbonation that leaves behind a frothy two finger head and some sporadic clingy lacing, the smell is very nice with aromas of strong piney hops, strong citrus and some paw paw very enticing, the mouthfeel is medium bodied and well carbonated and has tastes of grapefruit, sherbet, orange rind and finishes with a bitter piney hop finish and overall given its low ABV its quite tasty but for me i couldnt drink it all night as it does feel like something is missing and i have to be honest im not a fan of brews with low ABV's and given its price i could think of alot more brews that i would buy before this one,but given its look and smell you have to try it.

On-tap at Beachwood BBQ,
A: Pours golden with a soft white head, good lace.
S: Light malty smell, with some carbonic acid and sulfur.
T: Some sweeter malt, carbonic acid with a nice bitter hop profile at the finish which added a good balance.
M: Very light-bodied, spritzy.
D: An intersting low ABV beer. There is a good flavour here, but nothing mindblowing.

I had this on tap in Copenhagen, a sure fire bartender recommendation.
This pours a light honey gold, only a little light white head head, gone quickly, decent lacing...Aroma is light grassy hops, but that's about it, light and fresh though...Taste is stronger than expected, lots of floral hops, very crisp drinker...Really good sticky feel.
This is an awesome 3.5% beer that is super crisp, flavorful, and really drinkable. Awesome.

Bottle: Poured a deep golden color ale with a medium foamy head with good retention and no lacing. Aroma of lemony and citrus hops with a nice caramel malt base. Taste is also dominated by hops which is surprising considering the style. Full body with good carbonation. Very tasty while retaining a lower alcohol level but slightly too hoppy and a strange lemony aftertaste that I could do without.

A: Golden orange with a medium, white, head.
S: Pine, Grapefruit, Pineapple, Toffee
T: Citric notes, Earth, Fruit, Caramel and bitter hops at the end.
M: Smooth and balanced, an easy drink. Very refreshing. Low carbonation.
This has to be one of the best low-alcohol beers i've tried so far. Perfect for drinking on a hot summers day. Go Amager!
