Black, beautiful light brown foam.
Good and intense smell, roast, burnt caramel, liquorice, charcoa, articoke.
Full taste, same notes, more bitterness, from hops and dark malts too.
Some fresh noe in the afertaste.
Rhubar, bitter herbs. Nuts, toasted coffee. Bitter almond.
A hint of balasamic in the aftertaste.

De Tercertiempocervezas. En copa Teku. Viendo El Hombre en el Castillo 1x03-04. El toque a piedra es muy sutil, mas suave que en una steinber tradicional, y se integra muy bien con un delicioso perfil lupulado mas bien propio de un black ipa. Del paso por roble no pillo nada, ni lo necesito
