Copenhagen 6/11 2020. 44 cl can from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Cartoonish drawing the apparently Royal canine Kilo standing in front of a throne with a crown in his jaws.
Pours hazy, yellow with a midsized, bubbly, white head. Settles as 0,2 cm thick layer of foam just about covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light whiff of exotic fruit and stronger citric notes. Peach and currants. Citrus and grape fruit. Pine trees and needles peeking in.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, a bit oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is citric bitter - bordering on being sour. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Quite on the citric and bitter side without much cuddling.

Got this from the liquor dude in Maarssen
From a 44cl can into a pint glass
Snout Juice IPA
Best Before July 2021
APPEARANCE: Pours a two finger, foamy looking, fizzy white head with decent retention. Hazy amber yellow in color with touches of carbonation evident. Head slowly recedes to a full foamy cap. Splotchy wisp remains leaving touches of lacing down the glass.
SMELL: Juicy nose of pineapple, passion fruit, ripe mango, lemon citrus notes and a hint of caramel on the nose. Plenty of tropical aroma and quite passion fruit-forward.
TASTE: Passion fruit, lemon citrus, pineapple, some melon and wheat flavors at the swallow. Bold finish of melon, pineapple and passion fruit flavors, notes of wheat and hints of bitterness linger after the swallow. A bit of funk in there as well. Flavorful.
PALATE: Medium body and medium carbonation. A little foamy on the palate, lighter goes down fine and finishes a touch dry. Some bitterness lingers.
OVERALL: Solid stuff. Plenty of good aroma and flavor, including tropical notes and some funky wheat character as well. A little foamy for my tastes perhaps, but that is minor here. Good brew and worth checking out if you’re a fan of the style. Cheers!

Pours a cloudy, golden amber coloration with a small, fizzy head. Smells of light biscuity malt and citrus/tropical fruit, with notes of tangerine, lime peel, mango and papaya. Taste is a good balance of light biscuity malt and quite zesty and somewhat acidic citrus and tropical fruit, with the quite zesty tangerine and lime peel dominating, as well as lighter, mildly acidic mango, papaya and just a hint of grassy dankness. Finishes with a light bitterness and mild hop burn and some lime peel and mango lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
While this kinda lacks the style's signature hazy looks and soft mouthfeel, it's reasonably juicy, although rather dominated by quite zesty citrus notes, which produce a certain, lingering sharpness in the aftertaste in combination with the mild hop burn. It's a nice, juicy IPA and while I personally don't mind that rather sharp combination of zesty, acidic hop notes and burn, this is not going to be for everyone, I reckon, while also just not making for a great NEIPA.
