Copenhagen 31/12 2021. 44 cl can from Meny, Vermlandsgade, Kbh. S. Drawing of a smug Hobbit picking hop flowers on the can.
Pours opaque, hazy, slightly dirty, golden yellow with a small white head. Settles thin, flimsy but consistent layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, fermented odor with a notable touch of alcohol mingling with a subtle citric scent. Sweet fermented mango and papaya. Lemon and citrus.
Medium strong carbonation. Medium thick, oily, smooth, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
People from Skåne might be Hobbits. I am not sure. But this is a fine and a bit boozy Indian Pale Ale.

De Labirratorium. En copa Teku. Leyendo C++20 Ch9. Cuerpazo sedoso y lleno de dulce fruta típico de neipa, o más bien de imperial neipa pero con graduación de IPA, con un toque herbal agradable que la hace más refrescante. No decae en ningún momento
