Copenhagen 19/3 2021. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Simon Daugaard drawing of red bearded Beserker on the can.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a small dense white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin but consistent layer of foam just managing to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet, fermented, boozy odor of tropical fruit mingling with more modesty intro notes. Mango, papaya, bruised peach. Alcohol. Grapefruit and lime.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a bitter undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Potent DIPA mixing the sweet and boozy with the dry and bitter.
