Copenhagen 12/2 2021. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups allé, Frb. F. Brewers Playground brand can design with a young couple frolicking by the hop trellises on a swing with a pink background.
Pours opaque, hazy, golden yellow with a midsized white head. Settles as thin, flimsy and patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of exotic fruit mingling with a bit of alcohol and citrus fruits. Sweet peach and oranges. Grapefruit and lime. Touch of fermented sweet fruit and alcohol.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Not especially adventurous but it tastes damn good.
