Copenhagen 26/9 2021. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé. Frb. F. Unhappy-looking sorcerer trying to conjure a fireball on the can. Not much luck apparently.
Pours almost clear, pale yellow with a big white head. Settles as thin, flimsy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a more subdued grainy sourness. Sweet pale malts, grass and a bit of citrus.
Light carbonation. The, watery, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is quite dry.
Not exactly experimental but a fine and decently bitter Pilsener.
