Copenhagen 5/12 2021. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Drawing of a Sorcerer doing his thing wearing an appropriate cloak and horns.
Pours opaque hazy, slightly dirty, golden yellow with big white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of tropical fruits mingling with sharp citrus. Peach, pineapple. Citrus and lemon. Pine tree.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger, tart bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Fine tart and fairly bitter specimen.
