Copenhagen 7/1 022. 44 cl can from Meny, Vermlandsgade, Kbh. S. Sorcerer with a cloak that resembles a tablecloth from a German Oktoberfest levitating all kind of things on the can.
Pours slightly unclear, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as 1 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with sweet, malty odor mingling with a light sourish scent. Sweet pale malts in abundance, bread and straws. Grass and sour grains.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a strong sweetness followed by a more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a notable bitter undertone. Lingers for a while. Semi-dry finish.
Fine malty Märzen with enough bitterness to make it interesting.
