I bought this bottle from the Molen beershop. When I was there at the Borefts beer festival 2011. I wanted to have this bottle because of the review Dqrull made. I hope form him he is into selling because after his story there was no other way for me than to buy & try this beer.

A - A red brown hazy beer, almost dark oink. A white head on top that started with a finger thick foam that fizzles out to a white layer.

S - Fruity yeast at first thought. A smell of red fruit, alcohol, sugar (honey perhaps) and maybe I am mistaken but I believe to smell a hint of smoked malts in there.

T - Its a good beer with hints of red fruit. The alcohol is clearly present in this one and warms you in the end. There are also spices like coriander present as is the scent of raspberries.

M - The carbonation is medium and pleasant. The body is full of flavor and medium in thickness.

O - Its a good attempt to make something different, but not more than that. The taste of alcohol is a bit to strong in this one, more like a 16% ABV of a good Barely wine. Not worth buying twice, its just not good enough.

Pours a hazy redish amber (really hazy), with a ever so slightly tanned head that last for quite a while.

A fantastic onslaught of fruity malty goodness, I get cantaloup melon (love that melon), red winegums, lots of floral red fruits, hops and malts really go well together in this one, actually quite hard to tell them apart!

Tastes alot of winegums (red, green, orange) flowery hops and (flowery?) malts! A great compote of overripe red berries and red fruits, strawberryjuice and... hoppy strawberry jam (yes!). This is phenomenal stuff! It's like drinking your favourite candy, and it never even gets too sweet.

I had this imperial red ale at Gothenburg beer festival, and I have never seen it anywhere else, damn I would like to have this available near me all the time!

Mouthfeel is creamy and full, with a fitting soft carbonation.
