Copenhagen 27/3 2022. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Two individuals in working clothes presumably out harvesting hops on the can.
Pours unclear golden amber with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin, flimsy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of stone fruit and tropical galore mingling with a more subtle citric scent. Dry vibe. Peach, mango and pineapple. Citrus and lemon. Hints of pine.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. A bit harsh. Lingering. Finish is dry.
Dry and bitter but with enough malty backbone to give it balance.
