Copenhagen 15/2 2022. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. f. Drawing of an enthusiastic Sorcerer levitating more or less everything in sight.
Pours opaque hazy, slightly dirty yellow with a midsized white head. Stable. Settles as thin, flimsy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light sweet odor of exotic fruit mingling with citric fumes. Peach ans passion fruit Citrus and grapefruit.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is tart and bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is fairly dry.
Fine sharp and bitter with a sweet fruitiness for balance.
