De OkassionalBeer. En copa Teku. Con almendras naturales. Jugando a Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order. Interesante birra que combina los peculiares y adictivos perfiles de sorachi ace y sabro muy bien, resultando bastante marcados pero no exagerados. Sus 9 grados están muy bien disimulados

Copenhagen 8/3 2022. 44 cl can fro Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Masked Samurai type looking threateningly at me on the can.
Pours opaque, hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, slightly fermented odor of tropical fruit mingling with a more subtle citric scent. Mango, passion fruit and overripe peach. Hints of decay. Light touch of grape fruit and citrus.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry with a sour streak.
Not too boozy despite the considerable ABV and well balanced between the sweet and fermented and the citric and bitter.
