Copenhagen 2/10 2023. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. A quite grumpy brown horse on the can.
Pours unclear, golden yellow with a frothy, mid-sized white head. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet fruity and fermented odor mingling with a sharp citric and a bit rough bitter scent. Overripe peach and mango. Alcohol and fermented apples. Citrus and grapefruit.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture. Flavor is intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a medium strong rough bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Like the horse on the can. Potent and grumpy.
