Pours unclear golden yellow with a mid-sized, bubbly white head. Settles as thin patch of foam floating about in the middle of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a mild fruity sweet odor mingling with a more dominant, citric, sharp scent of citrus. Peach and Passionfruit. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intensewith a light sweetness followed by a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Simple straight forward and rather bitter Pirate brew.
