Copenhagen 5/10 2023. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. North Italian brewer in local costume standing in a shower of hop flowers.
Pours slightly unclear yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor with a musty touch mingling with a scent of grass and citrus. Sweet pale malts, fermented pear. Lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a light sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is rather dry.
Fresh and refreshing with a delicate balance.
