Copenhagen 2/5 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. A lot of hands grasping for a shining Batch 3000 ring illuminated in cool blue lighting.
Pours opaque, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, slightly fermented odor of overripe Stone fruits mingling with sharp, zesty citrus fruit. Mango and passion fruit. Grapefruit and lemon. Hints of pine.
Low carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, slightly viscous, flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingering. Finish is dry and bitter.
Nice addition to the Batch-series.
