Copenhagen 17/8 2023. 44 cl can from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Hovering Mutant Baby with a huge brainy head on the can.
Pours opaque dar brown with a small beige head. A bit bubbly. Settles as a thin patch of foam floating about. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, malty and sugared odor with a nice roasted touch. Dark roasted malts, milk chocolate, dark alcohol, toffee and caramel. Molasses and brown sugar. Bitter coffee.
Low carbonation. Thick, viscous, oily fat, creamy, soft and flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet and fudgy, Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry with a boozy sear.
Heavy, sweet boozer.
