Copenhagen 13/2 2022. 75 cl waxed and capped bottle from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Drawing of shady fellow with a goatee and a lit cigarillo on the label.
Pours opaque dark brown with a smal dark beige head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet odor of dark malts and sugar mingling with potent boozy scent. Brown sugar, chocolate and roastiness. Dark sweet alcohol and wood.
Light carbonation. medium thick, oily, slightly viscous, soft, smooth, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a modest sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet and soaked in dark alcohol. Lingering. Finish is sweet bourbon and sugar.
Utilize the sweet alcohol to its benefit. A quite sweet bot potent Barrel Boozer.
