Copenhagen 5/8 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Vermlandsgade, Kbh. S. Drawing of a lady with shining ear lobes prophesizing with a beer mug on the can.
Pours opaque, hazy yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles 2 cm thick layer of foam obscuring the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of Stone fruit and sweet oranges. Subtle tart citrus fruit peeking in. Sweet peach and blood orange Grapefruit and tart lemon.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense and a bit watery with a light sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. And a bit acerbic. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
Session IPA with a fair intensity and a unforgiving touch.
