It's a hazy NEIPA - like so many others these years - where we get to know the experimental hop HBC 586.

Copenhagen 27/7 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Vermlandsgade, Kbh. S. Drawing of lady in a orange cloak with blue feathers and some shiny clairvoyant eyes on the can.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head Stable, Settles as thi patches of foam unable of covering much of anything. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with sweet Stone fruit and citrus fruit. Tart citric notes. Peach, pineapple and blood orange. Sharp lemon and grapefruit.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with rather strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. A little searing. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
I see the future..... And it is bitter.
