Copenhagen 12/6 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Vermlandsgade, Kbh. S. A Native American with a strange piece of headgear holing a mug of beer on the can.
Pours unclear - almost opaque - golden yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as a thin layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a mild sweet odor of tropical fruits mingling with a stronger citric scent. Peach and sweet green grapes. Grapefruit and lemon in abundance. A bit sharp.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and gently tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intensewith a light sweetness followed by a somewhat stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a tart twist. Lingers for a while into a dry finish.
Pleasant hoppy and tart brew.
