Copenhagen 2/3 2025. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Simon Daugaard drawing of woman wrestler Nelly Neckbreaker on the can.
Pours opaque hay, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as 0,2 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of ripe Stone fruits with a light touch of fermented decay mingling with a rough citric bitterness. Mango and Peach. Overripe. Alcohol. Grapefruit and Citrus. Sharp.
Light carbonation.. Medium thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and overpowered by a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a light sweet undertone. Lingering. Finish is rather dry.
Potent and sharp. As a Neckbreaker should be.
