Copenhagen 4/7 2021. 44 cl can from N'Bro Kiosken, Nørrebrogade, Kbh. N. Brewers Playtime brand can-design with a young couple frolicking by the hop trellises on a swing with a green background.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin but consistent layer of foam just covering the surface og the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, malty odor mingling with subtle but fresh grassy, herbal notes. Sweet pale malts, grass, floral notes. Lightly sourish.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a lighter citric bitterness. Aftertaste is sourishly bitter. Lingers for a bit. Semi-dry finish.
Nicely balanced and fairly crisp.
