Copenhagen 4/4 2021. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Brewers Playground brand can-design with a young couple frolicking by the hop trellises on a swing with a pale orange background.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin - almost transparent - layer of foam degenerating into thin patches of foam. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of tropical fruit mingling with strong citric notes. Peach and mango. Sweet orange. Light touch of sour cheese. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Intense Session IPA with a strong yeasty touch.
