Copenhagen 18/3 2021. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Brewers Playground brand can design with a young couple frolicking by the hop trellises on a swing with a light grey background.
Pours opaque, hazy, slightly dirty, golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin patch of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense and dominated by an odor of sweet, tropical fruit. Lighter citric notes. Sweet peach, pineapple and mango. Lighter yet still aggressive scent of grapefruit. Notes of mustard.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger sour citric bitterness. Aftertaste is very bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
A bit sharp Session IPA with a lot of intensity.
