Copenhagen 6/9 2023. 44 cl can from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. A dark lady in a red dress raising her fist. Empowerment, indeed.
Pours opaque, pale yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a light sweet fruity odor mingling with a stronger zesty citruc scent. Sweet peach and Mano. Light touch of petroleum. Grapefruit and lemon. Pine.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a tad thin and watery. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry and a bit watery.
The Aroma is certainly empowering but a bit thin in flavor.
