Copenhagen 13/8 2025. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé., Frb. F. A pale vampire with a Romanian castle in the background and a blood red sky.
Pours opaque dark brown with a mid-sized bege head. Stable and a bit fluffy. Settles as a 0,2 cm thick layer of foam obscuring the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sugary odor of sweet spice and alcohol. Brown sugar and a bit of toffee. An abundance of Vanilla Dark alcohol. Potent.
Light carbonation. Thick, viscous, soft, fat, creamy, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. A bit rough. Lingering. Finish is fairly dry.
Potent, boozy and surprisingly bitter.
