Copenhagen 7/5 2020. 75 cl bottle from Best of Beers Web-shop. Billy the Kid lookalike with two guns and a gold tooth on the label.
Pours opaque, very dark amber with a small, bubbly white head which disappears fairly fast leaving what looks like a decarbonated Coca Cola behind. No lacing.
But it certainly don't smell like Coca Cola. Intense odor. Strong, potent and very sweet. Brown sugar and cane sugar. Licorice concentrate. Alcohol intensity.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, smooth, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a heavy, sugary sweetness and almost no bitterness. Aftertaste is sugary sweet with a prominent presence of alcohol. Finish is abundantly sweet and boozy.
More dessert liquor wine than beer. But it surely does carry a punch and an intensity. worth of two six-shooters.
