Pours a fairly clear amber with fine, soapy head.

Smell is fruity and sweet with notes of pine, caramel, grapefruit and black tea.

Taste is fruity sweet and intense. Notes of grapefruit, caramel, pine, black tea and peach with a powerful bitterness.

Mouthfeel is medium, soft, sticky and well carbonated.

Overall, a very nice, smack in the mouth DIPA.

Copenhagen 16/9 2025. 44 cl can from Meny, Vermlandsgade, Kbh. S. A bunch of very angry rubbernecks which usually spends time in the bathtub on the can.

Pours unclear amber with a mid-sized frothy white head. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surfface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.

Aroma is fairly intense with a light sweet odor of ripe stone fruits mingling with a more prominent citric scent. Ripe peach and apricot. Citrus and lemon. Sour, dry vibe.

Light carbonation. Slightly thick, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.

Flavor is intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a little rough. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.

A dry and bitter duck.
