Copenhagen 10/2 2019. 33 cl bottle from Meny, Rødovre Centrum. The logo from the Hip Hop band Humleridderne on the label.
Pours hazy, pale yellow with medium-sized white head. Settles as thin, but frothy layer of foam managing to cover the surface of the beer and clinging to the side of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is of pale malts, straw and hay. But a softer, lighter, more fruity odor of peach and citrus lurking in the background.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin but lively yet soft texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness.Aftertaste is bitter. Finish is semi-dry.
Humleridderne (Hop Knights) used to be about drinking a lot of beer. This beer is not a bad bet for drinking a lot of beer. Although it might get a bit expensive in the long run.
