Poured on tap at Maui Brewing's pub.
A: Golden brown with ruby tones. Slight one finger white head. Minimal lacing.
S: Belgian yeast, raspberry, lemon, sweet chocolate. The fruits almost give it a red wine like aroma.
T: Burst of raspberry flavor combined with subtle sweet milk chocolate. A bit of alcohol heat is apparent but pleasant.
M: Medium body. Fairly light carbonation but not unexpected for barrel aged brew at 11% ABV.
O: A interesting twist on a triple. The fruity and sweet flavors are very enjoyable. A refreshing choice if you are in the mood to try something a differentrent
