Brewed with local Hawaiian ginger.
A - Amber with traces of head.
S - Ginger is mild but quite distinct. Pleasant.
T - Follows the nose; it's subtle and it's there but it can't carry the beer.
M - Decent.
O - This beer really wasn't doing it for me, a negative attributable at least in part to my ambivalence about this style.
