Picked up a single from TW Arrowhead 1.28.2017 for $1.99. Canned last October and received at TW late December.
Beer poured orange with a nice white head that left lacing behind.
Nose is malt forward with a small hint of the tropics.
Taste is well balanced between the malt, rye, and tropical hops.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied and fairly refreshing.
Overall a nice brew that I would love to try fresh.

Moderately dark appearance that is very appealing. Very mild aroma with a weak feel. The taste is Way too mild for my taste. This is a watered down version of other wheat beers I have had.

Canned 9/27, so slightly faded. Poured into Lagunitas mason jar. Cloudy orange brown with a ton of floaties, some active carb, and healthy consistent lacing. Smell is fruity hops with mild rye background. Fruity hop taste that was probably stronger when fresher, slight rye spice in background. Crisp, well balanced, very easy to drink. First one I've had from Maui, quite enjoyable.

Not sure why this says Rye beer, it's a IPA with Rye notes. Tasty IPA for sure, thought it would be a little sweet as some of their IPA's end up but the rye knocks that down some. Good stuff cheers

Poured from 12oz can with no canning of freshness date into standard pint glass.
L: Hazy amber, over 1 fingers width off white head with great retention. Thick lacing.
S: More mellow for your average IPA, Rye, some faint citrus and floral almost grassy hop notes.
T: Flavor is bright citrus and floral hops with a tasty rye backbone. Quite good.
F: Medium body but on the lighter side, easy drinking beer here.
O: Very good beer, will drink again.
