On tap at the Maui Brewing Company Brewpub in Lahaina, HI.
Pours a hazy honey orange with a foamy beige head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Foamy swaths of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of toasted malt, caramel, grass, and hay aromas. Taste is much the same with toast, caramel, nut, and chewable vitamin flavors on the finish. There is a very mild amount of bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is an above average beer with an odd chewable vitamin flavor that diminishes drinkability for me.
