Made by Maui Brewing Company and served at their wonderful brewpub. 15 IBU.
Poured a very light and very cloudy. Looks like pineapple juice. Somewhat typical Witbier look. A light head.
Smell has a spicy/fruity aroma. An unusual pineapple smell.
The spices come through in the taste. Plums, apricots, coriander and some orange in the background. Some slight banana flavors.
Mouthfeel is cleansing. Nicely refreshing.
Overall, a very nice beer in the style. Perfect for fish or on a hot summer day.
