Had this a couple times on tap at the Maui facility, but I always ended up gravitating towards something else shiny. This rate is from a can I grabbed at Island Gourmet Market, which is a subsidiary of the ABC chain.
Pint glass at home. Hazy golden yellow brew. Big, lathery head.
Floral, yeasty, with a very mild, unidentifiable fruit.
Yeasty, fruity like apple, salt. Minerally, toasty, mellow yet lingering herbal bitterness. Frothy, textures & easy.
Subtle.

From a 12 oz can, courtesy of Tiny Arms Alex. Thanks Whiz!
A Kölsch and a collaboration with one of my favorite LA breweries, Smog City? Yes please.
About as good as you can get, appearance wise. Brilliantly clear straw to polished brass in color with bubbles constantly racing to jump out of the glass. Instead they find themselves supporting a well knit army of bright white foam that plasters the glass as the sips come.
The aroma ain't to shabby either. All the classics of honey, biscuits, and fresh cut grass. I'm not familiar with "starfruit", but I am sensing a sweet berry aroma, almost like raspberry. It's ever so slight, which to me is a good thing and a testament of quality craftsmanship to incorporate rather than dominate with additions.
There is a touch more of that fruity element noticed in the flavor. It's unique and fun. Still very light berry flavored, but hard to pinpoint it exactly. Like a blueberry/raspberry blend. Honey drizzled white bread before a good dose of grassy and floral hop finish.
Nice, light, and crisp feeling just as it should be. A cheek tingling sweetness smooths out into an herbal, bitter, and dry end. Remarkably drinkable, as the glass is almost empty as I right this novel.
Great aspects of a proper and traditional Kölsch with a locally sourced ingredient twist. Well executed and delicious. I could sit on the beach with 6 to 60 of these.
Cheers.

Thanks, Alex.
Pale gold body with a slight haze. A one finger foamy white head leaves a ring around the glass.
Grainy, doughy aroma with a hint of sulfur and sour fruit.
Grainy taste, a touch of sulfur. Yeasty and with a sour finish.
Medium light body. Medium carbonation. A bit slick in the mouthfeel. Dry finish.

Bought a 4-pack cans $8.49 Tamuras
Clear golden color
Light-medium mouthfeel
Medium-high carbonation
Clean tasting, some malts, light floral/citrus tastes
Overall a nice easy drinking hot weather type beer. Not worth a premium price though, probably higher because of the brewer collaboration profit sharing.
