On nitro tap at Maui Brewing Co
A: Pours faintly hazy golden amber with a creamy off white head that settles to a light layer and leaves some nice lacing.
S: Tropical fruit, mango and a little papaya, citrus, tangerine and a little lemon, light floral and spicy notes, bready malt, and caramel honey sweetness.
T: Bright tropical fruit and citrus, plenty of mango, orange/tangerine, a little lemon, hints of papaya, floral and faint spicy notes, bready malt, and caramel honey sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderately mild carbonation.
O: Very solid brew with a local twist.
