Pours an effervescent gold with one finger of pearl colored head. Above average head retention and great lacing
S: Citrus, pine, breadyness
T: Pineapple, cakeyness, a little dryness and lime up front. More cakeyness and pineapple, plus a little pine and dryness once warm. Finishes with some leafy hops, a bit of dryness and pineapple cake notes
MF: Medium body with slightly firm carbonation, lovely balance
A DIPA done well, great drinkability. Nose could be better
