Enjoyed on tap at the brewery, winter 2010. Board indicates 6% abv and 58 IBU's, as well as "Northwest pale ale". Pours a pale copper color. Biscuity nose, similar to some other offerings here at Maui Brewing. Biscuity flavors are noted on the palate as well, with some nice pine and resiny hops. Very drinkable.
