Only 38 IBU's according to the brewpub beer board, but makes for a good stout nonetheless. Pours deep black with tan head. A big roasty nose is quite appealing with a rich, dark roasted coffee component on the palate. Description indicates that it is made with local Kaanapali estate coffee. Nice dessert beer.
