Gold in color with a hazy complexion. There’s a fingernail of off white around the rim and covering a quarter of the top. The aroma is of mango and toasted coconut. I’m tasting fruity mango and toasted coconut. The mouth is moderately carbonated and busy with a melange of flavors.

Starts out with a bit of cardboard oxidation dominating, but ends up mellowing into a decent tasting balanced beer. Interestingly, this isn’t what I would call an IPA! The adjuncts blend together to make this taste a lot like a Belgian white, like very similar to Blue Moon.

Smells of mangoes
Hazy golden amber tinged color
Medium-heavy mouthfeel
Medium carbonation
Taste of mangoes, coconut, sweet rice like how the dessert is made
Overall a good interpretation of the dish itself.
