Pours golden with a nice white head. Some lacings in evidence.
Aroma was spicey with some fruit.
Taste is typical wit beer which is not my favorite style. Even so this one was quite pleasant most likely due to the freshness.
Mouthfeel was good for a wit.
Drinkability was fine but a bit high in abv for a session beer.

None too pale for a wit. More of a shadowed orange color, but with a bright white head that hurls a piquant aroma at the core of your olfactory senses. The fragrance is sharp as razor wire though its intensity wanes momentarily. Maxs serves this in their bowling pin glasses. It is brewed with coriander, cumin, and orange peel and is highly charged. The flavor is strong. Perhaps too strong. It possesses a biting intensity that will likely scare some folks away, which is to say, the beer has been somewhat Americanized amped up beyond the parameters of traditional recipes. It lacks lace, which for a Belgian-style ale is something of a shortcoming. But it doesnt lack for flavor. Nice, but I wouldnt call it subtle.
